- Email info@tranquira.com with your order number, your underbust and bust measurements, and photos of each bra showing the tags on and the size label, with any bra you haven't tried on still in its packaging. The bras must not be worn beyond trying on, must be unwashed and must have the tags on.
- After we approve your request, the new size ships like a normal order (times in the shipping policy).
- One request per customer (email and shipping address), for all the bras in that order: same colour, new size. If that size is unavailable, another colour in the right size if you prefer; otherwise we refund the amount you paid for those bras.
- Usually nothing needs to be sent back, for exchanges or refunds under this guarantee. In particular cases we may ask you to send the items back, at our expense.
30-day returns from delivery apply to every order, as in our refund policy.
