We stand behind the InfraWrap. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price — no questions asked.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@tranquira.com with your order number and let us know you'd like a return. We'll reply within 1-3 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before receiving instructions.

Return Conditions
Items should be returned in usable condition with all included accessories. Normal signs of use are fine — we know you tried it, that's the point of the guarantee.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed. Original shipping fees and Shipping Protection ($2.99), where applicable, are non-refundable; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your InfraWrap arrives damaged or develops a fault within the guarantee period, contact us with photos at info@tranquira.com — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. No need to return the defective unit unless we ask.
