Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
United States: free standard tracked shipping on orders of $60 or more. Orders under $60 ship for a flat rate of $3.95.
Italy: free standard tracked shipping on all orders.
United Kingdom: free standard tracked shipping on all orders.

Delivery Times
United States: standard tracked delivery takes 5-8 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6-11 business days.
Italy and United Kingdom: standard tracked delivery takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 4-8 business days.
In rare cases, carrier or customs delays can extend these times.

Every order includes a tracking number. Track your order anytime at Track Your Order or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders ship from our logistics centre in Asia.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, or your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, and peak seasons can extend delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at info@tranquira.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify addresses once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.
